These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and mege88 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the mege88 website located at https://mege88.cam and all related services, features, content, and applications offered by the Company (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

By creating an account on mege88, accessing the Platform, or making use of any service or product offered through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an active Account on mege88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or holding funds in trust for any other individual.
• You have not previously been suspended, excluded, or banned from the mege88 Platform under any prior account or identity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of mege88 or any company in the same corporate group.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant to mege88 that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. mege88 may require documentary evidence of eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on mege88. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the potential forfeiture of funds held therein.

mege88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, which will be set out in the relevant promotion page. The general rules below apply to all mege88 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. Self-excluded players are not eligible for any promotional offer.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the stated expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit). Bonus funds and any associated winnings expire at the end of this window if requirements remain unmet.
• During active bonus wagering, individual bet stakes are typically capped at RM250–RM500 per round or spin. Exceding the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• Certain games may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100%; live table games, including Baccarat and Blackjack, typically contribute 10–20%.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• mege88 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploiting technical errors — will have bonuses revoked and may have their accounts suspended.

All bets placed on mege88 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports markets — are subject to the rules applicable to the specific product category as set out on the relevant game or betting market page. The following general rules apply across all betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. mege88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sports event that prevents the fair determination of an outcome, mege88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player Accounts.
• Odds and game RTP (Return to Player) figures displayed on the Platform are accurate to the best of our knowledge. In the event of a manifest error in odds or RTP display, mege88 reserves the right to correct such errors and void or amend bets placed on the basis of eroneous information.
• Sports bet settlement is based on the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., Football Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia, Premier League for EPL) at the time of settlement. Subsequent changes to official results do not affect settled bets unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension or cancellation at any time pending confirmation of in-play events. mege88 is not liable for markets suspended due to data delays or third-party feed disruptions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mege88 and may result in Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are below the minimum age of 21 years
• Using the Platform from a Restricted Territory
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including deliberate exploitation of promotional terms through coordinated wagering strategies
• Coluding with other players, including in live poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets
• Using automated software, bots, AI tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform without express written permission from mege88
• Attempting to defraud mege88, including through charge-backs, false payment dispute claims, or money laundering through the Platform
• Accessing or attempting to access any part of the Platform's infrastructure, source code, or data without authorisation
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward mege88 staff or other users

All content on the mege88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game assets, and the overall compilation and arrangement of such content ("Content"), is the property of mege88 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from mege88
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Content on the Platform
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile any software forming part of the Platform
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mege88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform.

mege88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or entirely secure. While we maintain a99.5% uptime target and employ robust security infrastructure, temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, such exclusions and limitations shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

mege88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all users. Gambling on this Platform is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above — it should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

mege88 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for an extended period.
• Cool-off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to six weeks.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution procedures available under the applicable regulatory framework governing the Platform's operations.
